Neglected by her mother, she grew up with deep-rooted insecurity. In order to be worthy of Zhou Mu, she gave up her passion for drawing comics and changed herself to fit his ideals — only to gradually lose who she truly was. With the support of her parents and her close friend Chen Chi, she came to realize that this relationship was only draining her. She bravely chose to let go.
